What its terms say.
Copied word for word from the maker's terms, with any lawsuits or complaints and their status when we last checked.
“Zoom does not use any of your audio, video, chat, screen sharing, attachments, or other communications-like customer content ... to train Zoom's or its third-party artificial intelligence models”
Our note: The page at Zoom's former AI Companion URL now presents "ZoomMate"; its support link still points to an "ai-companion" URL. No Zoom page we read states the rename explicitly. The data quote joins two verbatim fragments with an ellipsis.
